GULFSTREAM INTERNSHIP

My big project for the summer was developing a custom G600 bulkhead assembly/installation with 2”x 2” viewing window in pocket door. I modified existing vendor hardware to meet customer specifications using CATIA V5. After the model was complete, I led a design review to justify engineering decisions to team of eight engineers and incorporated feedback. To ensure the tolerances on the sliding viewing window were acceptable, a 3D printed prototype was made.
